Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During high-volume periods (launches, sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended. Customers will be notified if delays occur.
Shipping Time & Rates
Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:

Karabé ships internationally. International customers are responsible for:

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.

If a package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Karabé is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Karabé is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance.
